AUTOMATED EXTERNAL DEFIBRILLATORS (AED) - This course provides participants with training in the use of a Automated External Defibrillator (AED), giving them the knowledge and skill to confidently recognise and respond in an emergency situation involving suspected cardiac arrest

CERTIFICATION:

On successful completion of the course requirements, you will receive a statement of attainment which will be valid for 1 Year.

The course is nationally recognised through the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF), and is Workplace Approved throughout Australia. This course also meets the requirements of the new National Health Training Package HLT07.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

Trainees must be 14 years or older, and also must hold a current Perform CPR certificate.

CLASS SIZE:

  • Singles to large groups
  • No Minimum Number to Run a Course
  • Class of up to 8 people
